Description
Winston is a young child learning how to handle big feelings.
He lives between two homes.
He loves both Mom’s house and Dad’s house.
But moving back and forth makes his body feel nervous and his thoughts feel loud.
At school and at home, Winston starts to feel worried, tired, and overwhelmed.
With help from caring adults, he begins to learn simple ways to calm his body and understand his feelings.
Through breathing, drawing, calm tools, and honest conversations, Winston learns that his emotions are not wrong.
They are signals.
And with practice, he can learn how to feel steady again.
Winston Finds His Calm is a supportive picture book for children experiencing transitions such as shared homes, busy schedules, or emotional stress.
It also offers parents, caregivers, and educators gentle guidance on helping children talk about feelings and build coping skills.
